So, we are officially adults...we just made our first big purchase as a married couple - a new car!! Well, its actually a used 2005 Honda Accord but its new to us. We only had one car in Chicago (my little red one I drove in college), and it was perfect for the city. Now that we are back in TX we needed another car since you have to drive everywhere. I think I will miss only having one car and having to share it. The new car is great and we love it. It makes me feel like such a grown-up to have made such a large purchase. Since we've been in law school since we've been married, we have put off any major purchases for 3 years. Anyway, here are a few pictures of our new ride...
We are leaving for Niagara Falls in the morning to spend some time with Anthony's grandparents then we're heading to Chicago for Labor Day weekend. Our church is having a big reunion for all of the current and former members, so we are very excited to see everyone and we're also excited to go back home for a few days...we miss it dearly!! If there is time, I hope to catch a few Labor Day sales on Michigan Avenue.

Congratulations!! How exciting! It's beautiful. Are you guys driving to Niagara Falls and Chicago?? Surely not, but the car pics made me wonder. Have a safe trip. Can't wait to see you in a few weeks!
nope, we flew up here!! that would have been fun to make it a road trip but not this time.
