CA trip...part one

A few weeks ago, Anthony and I headed out west for a trip to Sonoma & San Francisco...one of our favorite places to visit! We had only been in August before this, so it was fun to be there during a different season. We flew into SF around 10:30am on Saturday, picked up our rent car and headed to the Farmer's Market for a quick bite to eat. Then it was off to Sonoma!

We did have some time to go to a few wineries on Saturday afternoon before going to the Honor Mansion to check in for the weekend. We got a free upgrade and our new room was beautiful! It was a fun surprise and we enjoyed everything about it. The weekend we were in Sonoma, was barrel tasting weekend, so we got to try several wines right from the barrel. It was a great time spent with my hubby! J winery...I love me some sparkling wine

Kim and Derek came up to the wine country for a few nights, so we went to dinner with them in Healdsburg at Zin. It was great to see them and spend some time together.There were wildflowers all throughout the wine county and it was absolutely beautiful!

we ate dinner in SF at one of our favorite places--A16--great margarita pizza!We spent the whole next exploring and walking around the city. It was great fun and I always love spending time with Anthony. After he left, I met up my mom and sisters for the remainder of the week. Part two of the CA trip coming soon...
